PLANNING:
Follow a step-by-step planning process and ensure your planning stays on track.

VENDORS AND DESIGN

During the planning process, we will collaborate closely with your chosen vendors and companies to ensure smooth coordination of logistics and details for their services.
We will help create a cohesive design concept for your wedding. From colors, themes, and décor that reflect your personal style and vision.
Design Board Creation: We will assist you in understanding your design requirements and preferences, then work together to craft a unified vision and overall aesthetic for your wedding day.
RAIN PLAN:
If your venue does not have an indoor rain plan option, we will help you prepare for inclement weather and help you procure the necessary rentals to ensure that safety and comfort of your guests.

Rehearsal (1 Hour): Lead a ceremony rehearsal to help the wedding party get familiar with their walking order and cues.
Day of Event Management (10 Hours) Follow the day-of timeline, on-site to oversee every detail, manage vendors, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure that everything runs according to plan, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.

Are you a couple who has meticulously planned every aspect of your dream wedding, but are now feeling overwhelmed by the thought of coordinating it all on the big day? Let us take that weight off your shoulders. With our invaluable service, starting 6 weeks before your special day, we will ensure that everything unfolds seamlessly according to your vision. We will consolidate all your planning efforts, serve as the main point of contact for all vendors starting two weeks prior to the event, and oversee all event logistics on the day itself.

I'll also give you some recommendations and help create a draft timeline to get things rolling. This meeting will kick off your planning process on the right track!

EVENT MANAGEMENT
With our wedding/event planning portal, you'll get access to a set of sleek and professional tools to keep your planning organized and stress-free!
Along the way, we'll share pro tips to guide you and offer support.

Rehearsal (1 Hour): Lead a ceremony rehearsal to help the wedding party get familiar with their walking order and cues.

Lead Planner available for full vendor arrival/departure of the day.
1 assistant per 100 guests (additional assistant required for large amounts of DIY or larger guest count)
Assist with personal decor items (ie photos, guest book, escort cards, and place cards etc.
Will coordinate the timeline and set up logistics with your vendors on site. We will work with your vendors throughout the day.
Floral Bouquet/Boutonniere Distribution
Will assist with bustling your dress, outfit change, veil removal.
Will follow your event timeline throughout the event and ensure proper flow. This includes keeping important items and people on schedule while remaining flexible and in the moment.
Distribute Final Vendor Payments/ Gratuities
Your problem solving team if issues should arise whether they be vendor, friend or family related.
Will supervise the breakdown of the reception and do a final walk through..
8 WEEKS- 1 MONTH PRIOR
Review what has been planned prior to booking
We will thoroughly review all your contracts and event details that have been scheduled prior to our planning meeting. Our goal is to carefully examine every aspect to ensure accuracy and to prevent any overlooked details or potential mishaps that may arise. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
6 WEEKS PLANNING MEETING
We will schedule a meeting to go over all your current plans and start crafting a comprehensive Day of Event schedule. We want to ensure that everything is aligned with your vision on paper and that we understand all the details correctly.initial planning meeting in order to review all your planning up to date and begin to create a detailed Day of Event plan.

Day of Event Management (10 Hours) Follow the day-of timeline, on-site to oversee every detail, manage vendors, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure that everything runs according to plan, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.

* Does not include directing or executing a room flip or clean-up plan, but simply assisting friends and family with the plan the bride and groom provide.
* Does not include any meetings outside of a 60 minute phone meeting a week before the wedding. Bride and groom are expected to send all information the coordinator needs to know through the questionnaire that will be sent via email a few weeks before the wedding. Bride and groom are expected to create their own timeline and coordinator will execute the timeline.
* Does not include the bussing of dinner tables or assisting the caterer with cake-cutting.
* Does not include directing a rehearsal the night before the wedding.
